Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
If your item should totally break apart, within 30 days of receipt, please contact us at 20twenty21dc@gmail.com to file a claim. We will replace your item with the same, alike or equivalent to your item. To be eligible, you must file a claim within 30 days of receipt, and your item must be returned within 10 days from filing your claim. We will notify you once we've received your returned item and email you a finished product before mailing your item to you. This applies to online orders only. In-person sales does not apply, unless you have a receipt.
